Island Son Canada was born out of a deep interest in the intersection of Bajan & Canadian cuisine, bold flavour, and the belief that the best things in life are made slowly, with intention. My dad is a proud Bajan, my mum is Canadian, and my sauces embody the warmth, spirit, and fire of the Caribbean and Canadian ingenuity in every single bottle.

The Founder's Story

Growing up influenced by the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean I always knew that food was more than sustenance. It was identity, memory, and connection. 

What started as a labour of love in my home kitchen quickly grew into something much bigger: a mission to bring authentic Caribbean fire to tables across Canada.

We don't mass-produce. We never will. Every bottle of Island Son Canada's hot sauce is crafted in small batches, allowing me to deliver the quality, freshness, and complexity that sets Island Son Canada apart. 

My process is deliberate. From ingredient selection to bottling, every step is guided by a commitment to excellence. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just real flavour, made the right way.
